SpotX partners with POPS Worldwide on video ad serving and programmatic activation
SpotX, the global video advertising and monetisation platform, has announced a partnership with digital entertainment company POPS Worldwide to activate video ad serving and programmatic activation across its OTT channels in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
As part of the partnership, SpotX will be the leading supply side partner (SSP) and ad server working with POPS Worldwide to power their video monetization and scale advertising reach through unified auctions, audience activation, smart ad breaks and real-time data.
In addition, SpotX’s leading OTT technology will enable POPs Worldwide to manage inventory with ease, achieve optimal ad breaks and access actionable insight.

POPS Worldwide is a digital entertainment company in Southeast Asia with more than four billion monthly views of its music, entertainment and kids programs. POPS produces a wide variety of original content for its industry-leading owned and operated channels like POPS Music, POPS Kids, POPS TV, Beauty Me, HerVoice and CoolTV.
It’s video-on-demand streaming app, POPS App, launched in November 2019 in Vietnam, securing two million monthly activations in a year and more than 600,000 monthly users in Thailand in its first five months of operation, and ranking fifth in that market’s list of Apple’s Top 1000 Entertainment Apps.

Earlier last year, POPS officially launched POPS eSports and expanded its content library with new eSports and gaming content. They have also announced expansion plans for POPS App which will enter Indonesia in early 2021.
